All firearms must be shipped to a Federal Firearms License (FFL) holder in accordance with federal law. We do not ship firearms directly to individuals. At checkout, you will be required to provide the name and contact information of your preferred FFL dealer. It is your responsibility to ensure that your selected FFL is willing to accept the transfer on your behalf and that they provide us with a copy of their valid license. 1. General Policy
Due to the nature of our products-firearms, ammunition, accessories, and ordnance-related items-all
sales are considered final. However, customer satisfaction and compliance with federal regulations
are our top priorities. Refunds and exchanges will be handled on a case-by-case basis, subject to
the conditions below.
2. Firearms & NFA Items
- No refunds will be issued once a firearm or NFA item has been transferred to a buyer via a Federal
Firearms License (FFL).
- If a firearm is returned to us due to a failed background check or incomplete paperwork, a 15%
restocking fee will be deducted from the refund. Shipping is non-refundable.
- Custom builds or special orders are non-refundable and non-returnable.
3. Ammunition
- All ammunition sales are final and non-returnable, in accordance with federal safety regulations.
- We will issue replacements or refunds only for ammunition that arrives damaged or defective due
to manufacturing or shipping issues. Claims must be made within 5 days of delivery.
