All firearms must be shipped to a Federal Firearms License (FFL) holder in accordance with federal law. We do not ship firearms directly to individuals. At checkout, you will be required to provide the name and contact information of your preferred FFL dealer. It is your responsibility to ensure that your selected FFL is willing to accept the transfer on your behalf and that they provide us with a copy of their valid license. Firearms will not be shipped until the FFL documentation is received and verified. Please check your local and state laws before purchasing, as compliance is the buyer’s responsibility. Underground Ordnance LLC - Refund Policy Effective Date: 04/25/2025 Underground Ordnance LLC 28 NW 8th Ave, Galva, IL 61434 1. General Policy Due to the nature of our products-firearms, ammunition, accessories, and ordnance-related items-all sales are considered final. However, customer satisfaction and compliance with federal regulations are our top priorities. Refunds and exchanges will be handled on a case-by-case basis, subject to the conditions below. 2. Firearms & NFA Items - No refunds will be issued once a firearm or NFA item has been transferred to a buyer via a Federal Firearms License (FFL). - If a firearm is returned to us due to a failed background check or incomplete paperwork, a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund. Shipping is non-refundable. - Custom builds or special orders are non-refundable and non-returnable. 3. Ammunition - All ammunition sales are final and non-returnable, in accordance with federal safety regulations. - We will issue replacements or refunds only for ammunition that arrives damaged or defective due to manufacturing or shipping issues. Claims must be made within 5 days of delivery. 4. Accessories and Non-Regulated Items Page 1 Underground Ordnance LLC - Refund Policy - Non-regulated items (e.g., optics, gear, cases) may be returned within 14 days of receipt, provided they are unused, unopened, and in original packaging. - Returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee. - Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility unless the item arrived defective or incorrect. 5. Cancellations - Orders canceled before shipment may be refunded minus a 5% processing fee. - Orders for firearms or NFA items cannot be canceled once the background check process or ATF paperwork has begun. 7. Government Contracts & Bulk Orders - All sales to government agencies or bulk purchasers are governed by contract terms and are non-cancellable and non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
